Craig May

Craig May has been in the heating and air industry for over 20 years. His position as Tier One Heating and Air's Sales Manager involves oversight over our sales team, with whom he ensures all customer needs are being met and our system designs are done with a high degree of excellence. In Craig's early days in the industry, he worked for a couple of different companies doing both new construction installation work and service/repair work on existing homes. In 1993, Craig began his own business, Air Design Systems, Inc., which he subsequently grew into one of the largest new construction HVAC installation companies in the region. The company took their expertise and also applied it to existing home service, providing homeowners an alternative to the "used car salesman"-type of high-pressure sales practices so common in the industry. Now, Craig has joined forces with Tier One Heating and Air to bring a high degree of integrity and service to homeowners and homebuilders alike.

Jeff Biggar

Jeff Biggar provides critical production leadership in his position as Installation Production Manager. Having worked with several heating and air companies in the area for more than 30 years, Jeff has seen the good and bad of the HVAC industry. With decades of hands-on experience in both the service and installation aspects of the HVAC industry, and incredible builder and industry relationships, Jeff provides a high degree of competence and a strong commitment to excellence in his leadership role over production. Jeff oversees both the installation crews that perform the work in new homes under construction, as well as managing the company's team of field supervisors which work closely with our crews and builders to ensure each job is completed on time, on budget, and with a high degree of quality.
